I swear by Milani's Eye Tech Liquid Eyeliner!

You will definitely get a smudge proof black line like no other.

Here is the websites description:

Felt tip nib applicator is easy to use, provides precise control with no skipping or pulling.

Shake well before using. Begin applying a thin line from the inner to the outer corner of your eyelid along your upper or lower lash line. For a more dramatic look make your lines thicker and bolder.
